Print Specifications For Printed Tape

With printed tape, you get the chance to stick with your customer! When your customer receives their order, they will see your name again, increasing the chance that they will remember your name as well. A cylinder with a repetitive print range of 50mm x 232mm is used as a standard for the printing of your logo, company name or advertisement on the tape.
After placing your order, the next step is to submit the design/file so that Zolemba can print your tape. Does your file meet the following print criteria? See below to check if your file is print-ready. NOTE: These delivery specifications only apply to printed tapes. See here for the print specifications for printed labels.

Make sure you use PMS colours.

Converting the letter type/ font to outlines ensures that there is nothing wrong with the font that is used. In Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop, it’s easy to convert your text to letter contours. Open your file in InDesign or Illustrator, Select All and click on the menu bar on Type → Create Outlines. It is advised to first save your file. After converting your text, it is no longer possible to edit the text.

The major advantage of vectors is that these files remain sharp. When a vector file is made smaller or larger, the vectored design remains in high resolution.

Do not use gradient shade and percentages of colour but full colour.
