Payment of import duties is required for your order to proceed with delivery.
All UK orders are now dispatched from our Dutch warehouse via DAP, which means import duties and VAT are handled directly between you and customs.
Here's what to do:
1. Check your e-mail from TransGlobal c/o DHL) at the adress linked to your Zolemba account (please check your spam/junk folder if needed).
2. Follow the instructions in the e-mail and use the payment link to pay any import duties or VAT.
3. Wait for delivery. Once payment is completed and customs releases your order, it will be deliverd usually within 3-5 days.
EORI number required
A valid EORI number is mandatory for business customers.
