When can I return my products?

You can return the products within 14 days after receiving the items if the following conditions are met:

  • The articles are undamaged.
  • The articles are unused and complete.
  • The articles are not manufactured according to individual choices, decisions, or specifications or they are not clearly intended for a specific person.

 

How do I arrange a return?

A return can be requested by phone, chat, or e-mail. Please be sure to indicate your order number along with the product name and quantity concerned during your request. 
 
Include one of the following categories below for the reason for the return. In cases of a complaint, please add/share a photo of the issue for us to quickly determine the cause. 
 
a.     Wrong product ordered
b.     Receive the wrong product
c.     Quality was not what was expected
d.     The product is damaged
e.     Other; namely...
 
When your return request has been accepted, please ensure to mention your order number on the returning parcel. This will ensure quicker handling when processing your return.

What happens next?


When all criteria are met, the purchase amount will be handled by means of being credited, refunded, or an alternative solution. 

The costs for returning the goods are for the buyer/purchaser.  The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days after acknowledgment. If you have not received it within this period, please contact our customer services.

 

When 14 days have passed, we are not obliged to accept returns. Legally, notification of complaints must be made within due time. Our General Terms and Conditions state that we regard 30 days as a competent time frame.
