  • How do I place an order?

    To place an order you need to have an account. You can register on the homepage.

    As soon as you have an account you can order products.

    It is also possible to first add products to your shopping cart and register afterwards.

  • Can I order by mail?

    Placing your order on our website is the fastest way to receive your products. But it is possible to order by mail. If you have any problems ordering on our website you can send us an email to service@zolemba.com or call us on +31 (0)53-7370160.

  • Can I fax my order?

    You can also send us your order by fax. Fax your order to +31(0)84-8369762. We kindly ask you to first register at Zolemba.com so that you can choose your email address and choose your own password.

  • How can I repeat an order?

    You can repeat an order in your account. Go to previous orders, here you will find a button for reordering.

  • What is the minimum order amount?

    We do not handle a minimum order amount. The more labels you buy the lower the unit price.

  • Why do I have to have an account?

    To order at Zolemba you need to have an account. These are your advantages:

    - Your details are saved which makes your next order easier
    - In your account you can see all your orders
    - You can see the status of your orders in your account
    - In your account you can easily change your address and other information

  • When do I have to upload my files?

    You can upload your files after you placed your order. You can upload PDF, EPS or AI files.

  • Where can I find more information about the product?

    If you go to the product site on our website click on the product of interest and see more information.

  • I want to change my order, how can I do that?

    In your account you can change the order until you clicked on ‘approve PDF’. If you already approved the PDF and still want to change the order, please contact us on +31 (0)53-7370160. Our customer service will inform you about the production status and the possibilities to change the order.

  • How do I know if my order was successful?

    As soon as you paid your order you will receive an order confirmation by mail. If you received the confirmation your order was successfully placed. If you did not receive a confirmation within 10 minutes after ordering your order may not successfully be completed. You may need to complete your order. For questions please contact our customer service.

  • Do the prices include VAT?

    On our website you can choose if you want to see the prices incl. VAT or excl. VAT.

  • How do I get a discount code?

    There are various ways to receive a discount code.


    If you ordered and paid an order at Zolemba you receive an email with a review request. If you write a review our website you will receive a 5% discount code.
    As soon as you visit Zolemba.com you see a pop-up one time to subscribe to our newsletter. If you fill in the pop-up you receive a 5% discount code.
    If you subscribed to the newsletter of Zolemba you frequently receive newsletters with special offers. These offers include discount codes you can use in our webshop.

  • Where can I enter my discount code?

    You can enter the discount code at the end of the order process.

  • Can I first receive a test print?

    After you completed your order you can choose to receive a digital test print which you will receive via mail.
    Do you prefer a printed test print? You can order a printed test label at the end of the order process. 

  • Is it possible to order a label with different designs?

    Yes, in the label configurator you can choose different designs(models). You need to report the number of labels you want to order per model.

  • Is it possible to use multiple discount codes for one order?

    This is not possible. You can only use one discount code per order.

  • Is it possible to deliver an order to multiple addresses?

    You can report one delivery address per order. If you want your delivery to be split up you can contact us on +31 (0)53-7370160 and ask for the possibilities.

  • Is it possible to receive a sample of the materials first?

    Yes, if you want a sample of the materials we offer, you can request a sample package. You can see all the materials and adhesives. This way you can get an impression of the materials including full-colour prints. You can request a sample package here.

  • I just ordered but I do not see the order in my account. What now?

    It may be the case that your order is not completed yet. Did you go through all the steps? You will receive a confirmation mail within a few minutes after you ordered. If you did not receive a confirmation please contact us. We will have a look at what went wrong.

  • Why can I not fill in a post-office box as my delivery address?

    We deliver all of our packages with DPD and DPD does not deliver to post-office boxes.

  • How can I request an offer?

    You can request an offer with the online form ‘Request an offer’. You can find the form on the website in the right column.

  • How much time does it take until I receive the offer?

    You will receive an offer within 24 hours. If you did not receive an offer within 24 hours please contact us.

  • For how long is the offer valid?

    Our offers are valid for 30 days.

  • Can I see the offer in my account?

    Yes, you can see the offers in your account under ‘dashboard’.

  • I cannot find the product I need on your website. Is there a possibility that you still have the product?

    If you cannot find a product on our website it is still possible that we offer it. The easiest way to find out is calling or mailing us. Our customer service will inform you about the possibilities.

  • My offer is not valid anymore, what now?

    If your offer is not valid anymore but you are still interested in the offer you can contact us for the possibilities.

  • Can I order through the phone?

    Yes, you can. However the big advantage of ordering through our webshop is the immediate process of your order in our system. Which results ofcourse in a faster delivery for you.

  • Are there costs for a test print?

    You can order a test print through the label configurator. In the last step “control your order” it is possible to do this. There are two ways for ordering a test print:


    Option 1: You can choose for a digital test print which is costless. You receive the digital test through mail.


    Option 2: You can order a printed test. This test will be send to you by post.
